The overall objective of the procurement is to get a ticketing system that can provide a user-friendly, secure and efficient shopping experience for our customers, and that provides the system support needed to deliver even better customer service in all channels and meeting points with the customer. We will therefore, in our assessment of the received tenders, emphasise the tenderer's description of realistic project plans for the implementation phase.
