A formal review will be carried out 6-9 months after the contract commences, which will inform the Co-operatve's decision on whether the contract will be extended beyond September 2023. As a guide to potential tenderers, the annual expenditure on services covered by this tender over the next year is circa 40,000 - 50,000 GBP (exclusive of VAT).
