Description

The Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform is considering the establishment of a future Central arrangement for Employee Assistance Programme Services (EAS) to assist public bodies and their employees to manage or resolve work-related and personal concerns which, if left unattended may adversely affect attendance, work performance and quality of life. The focus of these services are on the areas of employee wellbeing, psychological supports, psychosocial supports and organisational performance improvement.
