DLR Co Co - Demolition and Enabling Works at Boylan Centre, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin

Description

It is envisaged that the following elements will be undertaken under the project, please note this list is not exhaustive or representative of the order of importance: a) Assessment and removal of organic and chemical contaminants on the site, b) Removal of Asbestos containing materials identified on the site, c) Demolition of existing Boylan Centre building and ancillary items, d) Demolition of existing two-storey terrace building at 10 Eblana Avenue, e) Undertaking Site Investigations, f) Testing for Presumed Asbestos Containing Material in the buildings as described in Asbestos Survey Report, g) Potential relocation of underground services, h) Construction of permanent hoarding to secure site left in place after demolition is completed, i) Temporary propping of structures.
