RFT for the provision of Scanning Services and Records Management for Tailte Éireann

Tailte Éireann invites tenderers for the provision of scanning and records management services, both digital and physical, for Tailte Éireann. Tailte Éireann requires a comprehensive service for the scanning and storage of the registration Instruments – paper-based documentation used as the basis against which the Land Register, Register of Deeds and Ground Rents Register are updated. The scope of services includes the collection of physical Instruments, scanning and indexing of Instruments, storage of physical Instruments, provision of a digital records repository, and the retrieval and secure disposal of physical Instruments. Tailte Éireann reserves the right to explore the use of Electronic Auction as part of this procurement process as set out in the Request for Tender.
