Provision of a New Day Care Centre At John Moore Road, Castlebar, Co. Mayo

The proposed works to which this project relates consists of the following: - • Internal demolition works as necessary • Internal alteration works as necessary to provide a new day care centre on completion – all as shown on the accompanying tender drawings and documents. • Alterations to existing car parking arrangements • Alterations and new connections to all services as necessary • All ancillary site works including making good to all surfaces where disturbed The total works briefly described above include inter-alia the following; • Floors • Walls • Roof repairs/ replacement complete • Windows and doors • Electrical and alarms • Mechanical and heating • Plasterwork internally and externally • Fixtures and fittings • Decorations and floor finishes • Site works to include: o Laying of additional surface water and foul sewer drains complete with all manholes etc. o All ground works and landscaping. o Footpaths, ramps and handrails etc as necessary.
