Bromford is looking to create a DPS for the provision of construction works and services relating to the maintenance of social housing.The purpose of the DPS is to ensure access to quality contractors across Bromford's geographical regions.The DPS is split into 21 categories:1. Groundworks2. Brickwork3. Fencing and Gates4. Drainage5. Windows and Doors6. Ironmongery7. Roofing8. Heating and Gas9. Plumbing10. Joinery11. Electrical12. Kitchens and Bathrooms (incl Wetrooms)13. Plastering14. Insulation15. Aids and Adaptations16. Working at Heights17. Decorations18. Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance19. Flooring20. Clearance and Cleaning21. Waste Lot 1: Bromford Housing Group is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to procure a range of small to medium-sized contracts focused on works and services supporting housing asset maintenance. This DPS will encompass multiple categories aligned with our maintenance needs, including (but not limited to) groundworks, general repairs, environmental services, and other asset-related requirements. Suppliers who qualify for this DPS will have ongoing opportunities to bid for specific projects across various geographic locations within our operational areas. The DPS will remain open for up to 60 month (the term may be shorted or extended as needed), allowing both new and existing suppliers to apply and participate, thereby fostering competition and supporting Bromford’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and responsive service.
