New storage solution (SAN) and platform for server environment

Description

The contest concerns the delivery of new infrastructure and components for a virtual server environment on the VMware platform, including installation and implementation. The delivery must also include a response time agreement and proactive maintenance of the system. There will be an option for HW (Media Agents), for Commvault, which is in operation at the contracting authority. The value of the procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. Lot 1: Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement. Statens Standardavtale (SSA) [Government’s Standard Contract] The contract is expected to commence by 11.27.2023. The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract, SSA-K. A possible maintenance agreement will be signed later and then based on SSA-V or SSA-D, depending on content The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 supplier. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
