Central event engine, support tools and associated services (Qualification phase)

Description

The contracting authority is the national ICT service provider for the health services in Norway, Norsk helsenett SF, which intends to enter into an agreement with one or more tenderers for the establishment of an event-based streaming platform with support tools and associated services. Lot 1: The contracting authority wants to establish a redundant distributed platform. The intent is to save, secure and distribute objects and events between services in the Interaction Platform [Norwegian: Samhandlingsplattformen (SHP)]. It is important that we can monitor, verify and process all data that is transferred through the platform. The tools we procure will contribute to securing health data on behalf of the country's citizens. Related to this is the need for associated administrative tools, as well as consultancy assistance in connection with training the employees of the contracting authority. There will also be a need for maintenance services and support.
