Evidence for Scotland’s Heat Transition – Clean Heat Retrofit Modelling and Recoverable Heat Sources

The University of Edinburgh has appointed two suppliers to conduct research for "Evidence for Scotland’s Heat Transition – Clean Heat Retrofit Modelling and Recoverable Heat Sources". Lot 1: Modelling the Balance in Clean Heat and Energy Efficiency Investment. This procurement was conducted as an Open procedure conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Scotland Regulations 2015 to establish a Framework Agreement. ClimateXChange(CXC) have commissioned research and analysis to support the Scottish Government as it develops policies on reducing emissions, adapting to the impacts of climate change and enabling a just transition to net zero. Lot 1 research is: Modelling the Balance in Clean Heat and Energy Efficiency Investment. Lot 2: Potential Sources of Recoverable Heat for Heat Networks in Scotland. This procurement was conducted as an Open procedure conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Scotland Regulations 2015 to establish a Framework Agreement.
