Direct Award under PfH Framework FTS reference number: 2024/S 000-008002 Lot 1: Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Door Surveys to properties owned and managed by Babergh District Council and Mid Suffolk District Council. The services required by the Contract include but are not restricted to: • Visual Fire Door Surveys • Intrusive Fire Door Surveys may be required as the Contract term progresses • Fire Risk Assessments to residential properties (including Type 1,2,3,4 where applicable) • Fire Risk Assessments to corporate buildings (including Type 1,2,3,4 where applicable) • Fire Risk Assessments to Sheltered and Extra Care Accommodation • Fire Risk Assessments to Temporary Accommodation • Pre and Post Occupation Fire Risk Assessments • Compartmentation Surveys
