For information only. This was a direct award against Crown Commercial Services RM6168. Lot 4\r \r Arcadis will provide competent, practical, and proportionate support to address priority areas requiring improvement. The support will focus on six core themes:\r • closing out audit findings and establishing a clear evidence-based audit trail of actions taken;\r • strengthening fire safety assurance processes and documentation standards;\r • clarifying and formalising responsibilities between Cafcass, landlords, and Facilities Management (FM) providers to remove ambiguity and ensure statutory duties are clear;\r • improving the quality, consistency, and completeness of risk assessments across the estate;\r • enhancing contractor management and maintenance compliance, particularly where responsibilities sit with FM providers or landlords; and\r • providing technical input into the review and update of policies, guidance, workflows, and supporting documentation.
