Mid Sussex DC - Clair Hall Redevelopment Support

Description

Provision of Development Management / Project Management Support to bring forward redevelopment proposals for Clair Hall, Haywards Heath, West Sussex. This will include supporting the Council and key stakeholders to work through options for the future of the site, to facilitate the procurement of the Cultural Operator and Development Partner, to provide ad hoc support including report writing, briefing notes, programme management, supporting the programme board, budget management and other client requirements to facilitate the redevelopment of the site. This has been a call off via Direct Award on Lot One of the National Framework for Professional Services in Construction and Premises 2024 (2024/S 000-017547).
