Replacement of heating boilers with heat pumps

Description

The EUIPO intends to award a contract for the heating production system using heat pumps for buildings AA1 and AA2, and for joining the 2 existing geothermal fields in buildings AA2 and AA3 through a hydraulic circuit. These heat pumps will replace the heating boilers currently in place. This document and its annexes describe the technical specifications of the services to be provided under this tender for the supply of the equipment and the implementation of the works and installations in the areas of operation. The contractor will install the heat pumps for heating, and for this purpose it will carry out the works, supplies and installation of the following elements: — preparation of the new room where the heat pumps will be located, — installation of the heat pumps, impulse pumps, piping network and electric panel to supply the system, — use of 1 of the heat pumps to supply building AA2, — use of the existing heat pump in AA2 in room AA2-S3-A517 for building AA1, — installation of the hydraulic system associated with the new equipment and connection of geothermal networks, including sufficient valves, — installation of control system, — installation of fire protection system in the room. The scope of the action includes: (1) The material implementation of the works, supply and installation of the equipment defined in the project, including supplying all the materials, labour and tools; (2) Commissioning of the installations; (3) Maintenance of the installations over a warranty period. All technical, administrative, organisational and inspection activities needed to guarantee the required quality of the works planned under the project are also included. This invitation to tender does not include project management or health and safety coordination.
