THIS IS A TRANSPARENCY NOTICE FOR THE FOLLOWING WORKS: Central Region - East / West / East Midlands & North North Region - Northern England / Scotland / Northern Ireland Amey is required to undertake an annual programme of Kitchen replacements. A Kitchen Replacement shall be the supply and fitting of a kitchen, including the following works: • Replacement of kitchen units, worktops and associated items. • Splash back / wall tiling is to be provided above kitchen worktops and behind cooker spaces to skirting level. • The completion of associated electrical including spurs and plumbing works. • Full re-decoration of kitchen including doors and woodwork. • Replacement of the complete floor covering with sheet vinyl, slip resistant flooring. • Replacement of extractor fan and ceiling light. • The Supplier shall provide all consumables to deliver a Kitchen Replacement. The pricing for Kitchen replacement will be based upon the category of property.
