Description

Grounds maintenance of the existing soft and hard landscape works adjacent to properties managed by Knowes Housing Association and ad-hoc additional works instructed through the contract period. Lot 1: Works comprise the inspection and maintenance of all tree, amenity planting, woodland and grass areas to communal residential land including cleansing and weed clearance of hard areas. The contract duration is thirty six months with the option to extend by a further 24 months on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory review as assessed by the Association's Housing Management and by tenant feedback. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
