Request for Tender: Development and Deployment of an eLearning Portal with Tailored Content for Two Initial Courses

Water Safety Ireland seeks to procure a comprehensive eLearning portal along with the development of two initial eLearning courses. This portal is a strategic step toward achieving our goal to extend the reach and impact of educational measures that influence attitudes and behaviour's in, on, and near water. The portal will act as a scalable, secure, and user-friendly platform capable of hosting interactive and engaging content. The first two courses will serve as the foundation for a growing library of water safety learning resources, with plans to continuously create and upload additional courses to meet evolving public safety needs. This portal will enable Water Safety Ireland to maximize accessibility, deliver impactful learning experiences, and drive behavioural change nationwide, ensuring that vital water safety knowledge is available to all audiences, anytime and anywhere.
