Gutter Cleaning & Roof Anchor Certification & Associated Works 2021 to 2025 Gutter Cleaning & Roof Anchor inspections to property main and low-level porch roofs, refer to Specification. Services include: clearing out gutters; ensuring gutters & downpipes are running clear; bagging, removal and disposal of waste; record photographs/videos of all gutters cleared and roof repairs required; roof anchor certification and maintaining a roof anchor testing schedule; all cost to include any scaffold and access platforms and working platforms for completion of the works.
