Award Contract for the provision of Grounds Maintenance services across various sites making up the University estate. The objectives of the contract agreement are: — To ensure all outdoor areas/grounds covered under this contract are adequately maintained and presented to a high standard as per specification. The grounds maintenance, including but not limited to the following: — Grass Areas/Grass collection. — Grass Edgings. — Shrub Beds. — Hedges. — Woodland Paths and Trails. — Plant Containers. — Car Park Maintenance. — Leaf Collection. — Site Scavenge. — Maintenance of Roads, Paths and Hard Surfaces. — Pond and Drainage Ditches. — Tree Maintenance. — Grass Seeding. — Turfing. — Weeding. — Snow/Ice treatment and clearance from Pathways/Car Parks.
