Provision, Implementation and Support of a Procurement and Contract Management Solution

Description

DCU wishes to implement a modern cloud-based Procurement and Contract Management Solution (“the Solution”) which will enable its centralised procurement function to streamline its activities in order to meet the growing demand for its services. The main objective of the proposed Solution will be to provide a dynamic, robust tool for pre-procurement planning, pipeline and tender management, and a source of real-time digital intelligence on supplier contracts and spend. The Solution must support an efficient procurement service delivery by providing reporting analysis and live dashboards for tailored profiles, to enable effective management decisions and project allocation. The scope of services required does not include e-tendering.
