Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake a selection of fire safety maintenance works to properties in Rhondda Cynon Taff, Cardiff Bay and any future areas, along with all associated works and delivery of wellbeing initiatives.The associated elements include, but shall not be limited to;I. Access Control SystemXVIII. Man Safe SystemThe successful supplier must be able to provide a 24 hour, 365 days per year call out service with a maximum response time of 2 hours.The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical areas of Rhondda Cynon Taff, Cardiff Bay and any future areas.This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.We particularly welcome responses from small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
