The range of functionality this system should include is: -Supplier onboarding and self-service registration by the supplier. -Supplier risk and compliance management. -Insurance and certification tracking -Performance and KPI management. -Contract repository and functionality to download contract records into Excel -Contract expiry and renewal alerts -E-signature integration -Credit checking services integration -Collation and tracking of Community Benefit clauses. -Provide a document repository that can include contract and vetting documentation such as Data Protection Impact Assessments, Vendor Security Assessments (cyber security). -Full Audit trail capability -Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance and sustainability assessments -Microsoft 365 integration -Reporting dashboards. -Power BI connectivity -Workflow automation. -Commodity categorisation functionality and the ability to utilise data from our e-procurement system (iPOS) to create commodity focussed spend analysis reporting. -Multi factor authentication and the use of passkeys. This software must be AI-ready, accessible, cost-efficient and capable of delivering one source of the truth contract and supplier management across Wheatley Group and its subsidiaries.
