Description
North Ayrshire Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the provision of a range of energy efficiency and decarbonisation measures for our non-domestic estate, in line with the Sustainable North Ayrshire Strategy and carbon reduction objectives. Works will include the following: - Building fabric measures - Heat, hot water and ventilation measures - Renewables, energy efficiency and energy storage measures The contract commenced on 3rd of July 2026 and ends on the 31st March 2027 with an option to extend of up-to 12 months. Lot 1: A call-off contract from SPA Project Ref. 53245.
