Description

As part of the construction process of a new multi-purpose Interinstitutional Children’s Centre on the Kirchberg plateau in Luxembourg, the framework contract aims at implementing assistance and advisory missions covering all technical, architectural and financial fields. As part of the construction process of a new multi-purpose Interinstitutional Children’s Centre on the Kirchberg plateau in Luxembourg, the framework contract aims at implementing assistance and advisory missions covering all technical, architectural and financial fields related to the construction of the building, to be provided for the contracting authority throughout the project, from the beginning of the architectural competition until the acceptance of the building and financial closure of the project.
