Call for Tenders No 06-20/2023/M007 – Technical Assistance for Efficient Offices Fit-out Design of the Future Houses of Europe

Technical assistance regarding the optimisation of office spaces of the future Houses of Europe Lot 1: The objective of this call for tender is to conclude a framework contract for technical assistance and advice to the European Parliament’s services regarding the preliminary offices fit-out design of Houses of Europe in various capitals of the Member States in order to improve acoustic, lighting, air quality and other related subjects of collaborative office spaces (including conference facilities), providing guidance for a superior cost-efficiency ratio for the development of the future workspaces. This framework contract includes, among others: — providing advice to the European Parliament’s services regarding the improvement of the specific fit-out design, considering an efficient surface/number of persons occupancy level ratio in a collaborative working environment, significantly improving working conditions for users; — advising on systems for acoustics and sound isolation, climatic comfort, lighting, silent rooms, and others; — potential energy saving measures.
