Description

The Secretary of State for Defence (the "Authority") intends to enter into a Contract with Axnes AS for the provision of a Winch Person Communications system and technical support. This equipment will be fitted to the Puma platforms. The contract has an estimated value of £421,000.00 inclusive of VAT and a duration of two years. It is considered that this Contract can be placed as Single Source in accordance with Regulation 16 (1)(a)(i) Absence of tenders or suitable tenders due to the results of a failed competition during the Dynamic Pre-Qualification Questionnaire process which was advertised on the 30th January 2023 and closed on the 28th February 2023.
