Provision of accommodation and support staff to the Westbridge service Lot 1: PSR Direct Award A. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) award notice under Direct Award Process A. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.<br/>Cumbria, Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust has awarded the contract for the provision of accommodation and support staff for the Westbridge service to Tyne Housing Association Limited. <br/><br/>The commitment is for a 2 year contract with an annual value of £374,000 ex VAT. The contract period is 1/4/26 – 31/3/28.<br/><br/>The Authority reserve the right to extend this contract for a further 12 month period subject to funding and/ or need. <br/>Following assessment against the key criteria under the PSR Direct Award Process A, the Authority is satisfied that the existing provider is delivering the services to the required standard and is capable of continuing to do so for the duration of the proposed contract award. There is no realistic alternative provider capable of delivering the service requirements in accordance with Regulation 7 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.<br/>There are no declared conflicts of interest.<br/>Contact details: gill.keane@cntw.nhs.uk
