No. 1 THE PALISADE FENCING AS OUTLINED IN APPENDIX 1 OF THE RFT AND ATTACHED DRAWING RCD 300/17 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE NRA – SPECIFICATION FOR ROAD WORKS VOLUME 1 SERIES 300. TENDERER SHOULD CONFIRM ABILITY TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE AT TENDER STAGE. No. 2 COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SAFETY, HEALTH AND WELFARE AT WORK (GENERAL APPLICATION) REGULATIONS 2007, CHAPTER 2 OF PART 2 USE OF WORK EQUIPMENT. ON APPOINTMENT TO THE ROLE OF PROJECT SUPERISOR CONSTRUCTION STAGE FOR THIS JOB THE WINNING TENDERER WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A DETAILED METHOD STATEMENT AND RISK ASSESSMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF PALISADE FENCE. TENDERER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT (AT TENDER STAGE) DETAILS OF THEIR SIMILAR EXPERIENCE FOR ROLE OF PROJECT SUPERVISOR CONSTRUCTION STAGE TO DEMONSTRATE COMPETENCE TO ACT AS PSCS.
