Catering services for other enterprises or other institutions

Description

The successful Supplier will be required to provide catering services for Abbeyfield Care Home, Clitheroe. Abbeyfield Lancashire Extra Care Society Ltd is a registered society affiliated to the Abbeyfield National Society and as such a not for profit organisation. Abbeyfield Clitheroe Care Home is situated on the outskirts of Clitheroe and consists of 28 ensuite rooms and a dedicated dementia unit caring for up to 11 residents. There is a spacious dining room where residents are served breakfast, lunch and evening meal 7 days a week 52 weeks a year. Morning and afternoon refreshments are also made available in the coffee lounge or conservatory. There are also occasional visitor meal and hospitality requirements. The Home is keen to ensure that its residents receive a high standard of meal experience with dishes thoughtfully prepared using quality ingredients. The contract will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
