Description

The Agency for Urban Environment needs to procure small, medium and large brand-new ski track machines for preparing ski tracks for skiing and ski games in the parks in Oslo. As the machines will be transported between the parks in the city, the ski track machines must be suitable for transport along public roads without requiring special dispensation and/or an escort car. The Agency for Urban Environment would like to enter into a contract with up to 3 tenderers for the procurement of 3 ski track machines, which will be used to prepare ski tracks in Oslo's parks for skiing and ski games. Further information on the ski track machines we would like to procure is in Annex 1, requirement specifications and price sheet. The Agency for Urban Environment needs to procure a small brand-new ski track machine for preparing ski tracks for skiing and ski games in the parks in Oslo, with a minimum of 2 years guarantee. As the machines will be transported between the parks in the city, the ski track machines must be suitable for transport along public roads without requiring special dispensation and/or an escort car. The ski track machine must not be wider that what is certified for transport on a transport trailer for vehicles with driving licence class BE. The Agency for Urban Environment needs to procure a medium brand-new ski track machine for preparing ski tracks for skiing and ski games in the parks in Oslo, with a minimum of 2 years guarantee. As the machines will be transported between the parks in the city, the ski track machines must be suitable for transport along public roads without requiring special dispensation and/or an escort car. The absolute largest width of the machine must be 2,55 m in order to fall within the limits in the regulations on permitted weights and dimensions on vehicles. The Agency for Urban Environment needs to procure a large brand-new ski track machine for preparing ski tracks for skiing and ski games in the parks in Oslo, with a minimum of 2 years guarantee. As the machines will be transported between the parks in the city, the ski track machines must be suitable for transport along public roads without requiring special dispensation and/or an escort car. The absolute largest width of the machine must be 3,1 m in order to fall within the limits in the regulations on permitted weights and dimensions on vehicles with simple dispensation.
