ELDC seeks an experienced supplier to provide secure, high-quality, and timely Election Printing Services for all elections and referenda within East Lindsey District from 2026–2030, with an optional 12-month extension. The contract covers production and delivery of: Poll Cards Postal Packs (One Piece Mailer) Blank Postal Packs Ordinary & Tendered Ballot Papers Large Copy Ballot Papers Corresponding Number Lists (CNLs) Suppliers must demonstrate proven expertise in electoral printing and logistics, robust quality assurance, data security, and contingency planning. Strict statutory deadlines and standards apply.
