Framework for Electoral Materials

Description

This framework is for the supply and delivery of Electoral Materials to East Riding of Yorkshire Council Electoral Services. This framework will run from the 1st August 2026 – 31st July 2030. An initial call of will be made upon the award of the framework for a two (2) year period running from the 1st August 2026 – 31st July 2028, with an option to extend for a further two (2) years until 31st July 2030. Additional call offs may be made throughout the duration of the framework by East Riding of Yorkshire Council. This framework is split into two (2) lots: Lot 1 – Election Printing Lot 2 – Registration Printing Economic Operators may bid for a single lot or all lots. When bidding on a lot, Economic Operators MUST bid for every item within that lot. Each Lot will be ranked with up to 3 suppliers accepted on each Lot.
