There are 44 units planned at the site, varying in size, storeys and bedrooms. Planning permission (to develop the site) and committee approval (to commence the procurement exercise) have both been granted. This award is for the pre-construction RIBA stages (1-4) and enabling works phase. This is a critical element of a construction project, ensuring sufficient planning, designing and technical development has taken place before construction works commence.. This is a call off via Scotland Excel Framework Agreement 2121 Framework - New Build Residential Construction framework, Lot 4 - Development of 36-80 Units.
