Description

Procurement of labour and plant resources to support the existing in-house highway Page 2 to 11 delivery service. The in-house highway service delivers the councils revenue works consisting of reactive highway maintenance, drainage maintenance, out of hours call-out and winter service. The proposed framework is to allow additional resources to be brought in to assist in the delivery of there works at times of increased demand/workload.
