Description

Procurement Hub wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for a four year term for the provision of Damp and Mould Works and Services. The Framework will be divided into the following 9 Lots:1 - Damp and Mould Surveys - national, 2-8 Works, 9 - Multi disciplinary. Lot 1: Damp and Mould Surveys Places for People/Procurement Hub are seeking an organisation for the provision of a survey following either a report of damp/mould by a customer on a reactive basis or a proactive survey requested by a landlord. Lot 2: Damp and Mould Works - Scotland Lot 2 -8 Works; The provision of the works as detailed in a report provided by a surveyor. The works are divided into seven regional Lots Lot 3: Damp and Mould Works - North West and North Wales Lot 2 -8 Works; The provision of the works as detailed in a report provided by a surveyor. The works are divided into seven regional Lots. Lot 4: Damp and Mould Works - North East, Yorkshire and Humber Lot 2 -8 Works; The provision of the works as detailed in a report provided by a surveyor. The Works are divided into seven regional Lots. Lot 5: Damp and Mould Works - Midlands Lot 2 -8 Works; The provision of the works as detailed in a report provided by a surveyor. The Works are divided into seven regional Lots. Lot 6: Damp and Mould Works - South West and South Wales Lot 2 -8 Works; The provision of the works as detailed in a report provided by a surveyor.
