Window Replacements 2026/2027 - Low rise Flats

WL are seeking Sub-contractors to carry out Window Replacement Works to Hull City Council Domestic Properties, it is expected that work will commence 18 May 2026 with works expected to be completed by 30 September 2027. The works will cover the supply and fit of windows to approximately 429 Properties across the City of Hull. As part of this scheme of works there are also requirements for additional sub-contractors for the provision of scaffolding, building contractors for the removal and bricking up on Juliet Balconies and for the relocation of satellite dishes. The available work packages will be awarded in Lots.
