Further Provision of Social Care Procedures system via CCS RM1557.14 G-Cloud 14 Lot 2 Cloud Software

Description

Southend-on-Sea City Council is looking to a continue usage of a web based solution to manage and maintain procedures and guidance within the Children's Ser-vices Department (currently Tri.X online). The system will be updated when statutory guidance changes, legislation changes and local processes change. The frequency of update is expected to be twice a year. The system needs to have some form of version con-trol to keep track of the changes. The system will be used by Council Staff and Profes-sionals and help improve the consistency of the ser-vice. The system must allow the Public to view the latest procedures online.
