Town Hall Development - Business Plan and Audience Development

Description

The tender is to help develop plans for the Town Hall, including business planning and audience development. Following a completed condition survey and an options report, this work will take forward the preferred option of mixed use with a community focus and will inform a development phase application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The developed business case will include an initial breakdown of capital and specified activity cost elements. The work will include project management, partnership and community engagement work and any bid should make clear how all work will be adapted and undertaken given the impact of the pandemic.
