Riseholme Old Hall Render Repairs

Description

This is a Contract Award Notice for the appointment of a specialist contractor to carry out repairs to the roof of the University's Grade 2 listed Old Hall Building on its Riseholme Campus. The works consist of repairs to: chimney render, damaged stonework, parapet walls and brickwork inspection on the roof of the affected building. The intention of these works is to preserve the integrity of the roof and its external elements to ensure the property retains its original character and detail. The University carried out a below threshold Request for Quotation to select a suitable contractor. The programme is c. 16 weeks.
