The Contracting Authority, require a Design Team for the Design, Procurement, Construction and Delivery of the Project Opera Contract C & D Works, which includes the following: • Parcel 3a refurbishment and new build - New City Library (Town Hall) on all floors including a Café/Restaurant at basement level, • Parcel 3b refurbishment - Retail at basement & ground floor with Residential over, • Parcel 4 new build - Commercial Office use, • Parcel 5 new build - Landmark Office building, and • Parcel 6 refurbishment - Restaurant / Café / Licenced Premises uses on ground floor & Office over. The Project Opera site is a 3.7 acre site located in Limerick City between Rutland Street, Patrick Street, Ellen Street, Michael Street and Bank Place. Planning permission (reference number ABP-304028-19) has been obtained.
