The Provision of Structural Engineering Services for RIBA Stages 2-6 for the Boothferry High Rise Demolition

Description

Structural Engineering services to assess and identify safe means of demolition, produce demolition report for inclusion in the procurement documents. Include for ground investigation surveys relevant to works, input into the tender Scope for appointing of demolition contractors, and to technical support during RIBA Stage 5 & 6 Clerk of Works services to provide the Supervisor role as described in the NEC 4 ECC Main Option A Contract during RIBA Stages 5 & 6 for all structural elements. Allow for a minimum of 6 site visits and 6 design team meetings during the design period. Allow for a minimum of weekly site visits / meetings during the construction period of potentially 6 months.
