Lot 6 Building - Adaption Works Sutton-in Ashfield

Description

Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield District Council (ADC), for one Contractor to undertake adaptation works to a domestic property owned by Ashfield District Council. The contractor will be expected to complete the works, as quoted in accordance with the specification, drawings and timescales within the documents contained within the tender document suite. ADC require a Single Supplier to carry out this work. Contract length: 3 months (1st October - 1st December 2025) with no extensions. All works to be completed and invoiced by 12th November 2025. Contract Value: £50,000, excluding VAT. All site visits must be requested via the portal. Site visits are only available between 24.7.2025 - 5.8.2025
