PRN25051 - Fire Alarm Maintenance - Pre Market Engagement

*Pre Market Engagement* Choice Housing Ireland Limited intends to procure a provider to supply Fire Alarm Maintenance Services. The contract will be effective from 1st April 2026. Choice has decided to engage in a Pre-Market Exercise in order to attain feedback from the market in regard to the structure of the tender, market trends etc. This contract will cover all Choice schemes and properties across Northern Ireland. The contract is for Periodic Servicing and Inspection, Routine and Responsive Maintenance and Out of Hours Emergency Callouts to Fire Alarm/Detection Systems, Emergency Lighting Systems, Fire Fighting Equipment (Portable Fire Extinguishers, Fire Blankets, Dry Risers and Misting Systems), Smoke Extraction Systems and Disabled Refuge Systems. The contract proposed will be NHF version 7.2 (as amended). The contract term will be: 01.04.2025 – 31.03.2030 with option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
