Mammography devices

Description

The Contracting Authority would like tenders for 2 complete digital mammography apparatuses for clinical use in the Breast Diagnostics Centre, Radiological Department, Haukeland University Hospital. The apparatus must include equipment and software for: Conbilder, enlargement with and without con, tomosynthesis with synthetical 2D pictures. In addition we would like the mammography apparatus to have an option for integrated functions such as; stereotaxy and contrast mammography. Intended use. The apparatuses will mainly be used during the day, by 25-30 persons, both radiographers and radiologists. Approx. 7 500 examinations are carried out annually, divided between 3 apparatuses and they are used for: — post examinations of women from the screening programme, — checks of breast cancer patients, — follow-up of women with genetical and familiar proven risk, — examining patients showing clinical symptoms. The Contracting Authority would like an option for diagnostic work stations, which can be included in the procurement if the work stations that are currently in use do not give satisfactory functionality and/or picture quality. The apparatuses and work stations shall be priced separately, but they will be part of the evaluation of the total lifetime costs, as described. The breast diagnostics centre shall move into new premises in September 2018. The offered mammography apparatuses shall be delivered, as requested, with all the necessary accessories, delivered complete, fitted and ready for use.
