The Supplier will provide e‑cigarettes and associated products through a voucher scheme, including e‑liquids, customer support for End Users, and training for Local Stop Smoking Service Advisors. This is a demand‑led arrangement with no guaranteed spend, and contract value is dependent on government funding.
