The Works comprise of the replacement of existing external wall insulation, painting to base courses, provide new uPVC soffits, fascia, gutters and downpipes, top up loft insulation and all associated works to various properties located throughout West Lothian as detailed within the Employers Requirements. All works are detailed within the Employers Requirements.
