Tender for the Supply and Delivery of PPE to Medite Europe DAC and SmartPly Europe DAC 26

Description

Medite SmartPly are looking to engage with companies to supply both sites with manufacturing health and safety equipment specifically overall garments and safety boots to their employees that meet a minimum EN ISO 20471 and EN ISO 20345 certification. We are open to any brands provided they meet the forementioned standards. In addition, the garments need to be comfortable, good fit, extremely durable, excellent quality that can withstand multiple washes without deteriorating and wide ranging to cater for heavy manufacturing type industry and boots safety shoes must be extremely durable and resistant to water and oil because of the nature of the industry. We will request specific samples to be sent to Medite Smartply on request to verify the quality and spec of the PPE and these will be returned after the assessment is complete. The successful candidate will have to carry out individual employee measurements at both sites prior to placing an order. Price will also need to include delivery to Mack Hygiene who will barcode all clothing for industrial laundering. A sample of the proposed brands meeting the above standards would need to be delivered to Patrick Cronin Medite Europe DAC, Redmonstown, Clonmel, County Tipperary to facilitate the quality appraisal by our Safety Dept and will be returned at the end of the tender evaluation period. Please include a specification documentation for each proposed product. See Appendix B1. Ultimate Pricing. We are currently using the Mascot brand; however, this does not preclude alternative brands. We welcome submissions from all suppliers and are open to considering suitable alternatives.
