Description

Fusion for Energy’s Project Management (PM) Department administrates a number of third-party PM systems. These are used in providing PM support to F4E’s Project Teams. The services provided by these framework contracts will be to administrate, develop and configure these systems. Lot 1: Support for Oracle Primavera Oracle Primavera is F4E’s primary schedule system. Support services will range from: Support to F4E’s planning team and wider F4E organisation in the use of Primavera, including the creation of new business processes, coding, layouts and configurations. Testing and documenting coding, layouts and configurations created. Support for and optimisation of: schedule control procedures, schedule month-end close out process, schedule baseline control procedures. Development and implementation of schedule quality processes and reporting. Assist in carrying out global changes and other administrative tasks in Primavera schedules. Support for and implementation of periodic schedule analysis. Optimisation of Primavera system performance and database volume monitoring. Automation of specific processes. Primavera technical issue resolution. Development of process and technical interfaces between Primavera and F4E’s wider PM Systems environment. Lot 2: Support for SAP Business Objects SAP Business Objects is F4E’s reporting and Business Intelligence system. It is connected to the F4E data warehouse. The following services are required: Identification and analysis of new reporting requirements to ascertain the availability of suitable data within F4E systems, as additional coding requirements to achieve the reporting objective. Provision of ad-hoc reports from the data warehouse using the SAP Business Objects. Managing and validating requirements for new reports and the inclusion of data from new applications in the reporting system. Definition and agreement of any new coding/information requirements with the appropriate data owners and follow up during implementation. Specification of further reporting system requirements in terms of any changes required to the F4E data warehouse and subsequent liaison with F4E ICT unit during the development/implementation of changes. Provision of support to F4E staff in the use of SAP Business Objects and best practices. Lot 3: Support for EcoSys EPC EcoSys EPC is F4E’s Project Cost Management system used for cost forecasting and budget management. The following services are required: Provide support to F4E in the use of EcoSys EPC, including the creation of new business processes, coding, layouts, workflows and configurations. Designing data structures, dashboards, layouts and workflows within EcoSys EPC to support F4E’s PM processes. Testing and documenting coding, layouts, workflows and configurations created. Support for and optimisation of cost control procedures and of the cost month-end close out process. Assist in carrying out global operations, data import/exports and administrative tasks. Provide support to F4E’s Commercial, Project Management and technical departments in the use of EcoSys EPC. Provide support in organising the costing data structure inside EcoSys EPC. Create documents to be used as a reference for F4E’s use of EcoSys EPC.
