In summary, this public procurement competition (“the Competition”) to which Tenderers must respond in totality, relates to the following: • The provision, configuration, implementation and on-going maintenance and support of a Software as a Service (SaaS) Metadata Registry Solution for the creation and management of Metadata. For the purposes of this RFT, a “SaaS Solution” shall have the meaning set out in Appendix 5: Services Contract. • The SaaS Metadata Registry Solution must be delivered as a resilient, fully hosted SaaS Solution on a public cloud platform hosted in the EEA. • The Software underpinning the SaaS Solution must be commercially available at the date of Tender Response submission
