Description

In order to attract candidates for open positions in the areas of teaching, education, and business services, Uni would like to select a media sourcing service provider who would be able to perform the following tasks, but not limited to: - Publish job postings on various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media and other online and/or print channels, - Handle contract management with sourcing channel providers and offer flexible payment solutions. Lot 1: In order to attract candidates for open positions in Academics, Education and Corporate Services, the University of Luxembourg would like to select a Media Sourcing Provider who would be able to perform the following but not limited tasks: - To publish job postings on diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social medias and other online and/or printed channels, - To take over contractual management with sourcing channel providers and offering flexible payment solutions. This Call for Tenders is aimed at concluding a Framework Agreement, fixed at 1 year, renewable 3 times for 1 year (1+1+1+1) on the advice of the University, in order to retain a Contracting Party, without reopening of competition, known for its expertise in graphic creation, communication and their guidance in the universe of media and marketing. Experience in recruitment is highly recommended. The contract only consists of one and unique lot as follows: Provision of consultancy services regarding globally published job postings via different channels in order to attract candidates for open positions in Academics, Education and Corporate Services. The procedure followed is the Framework Agreement procedure allowing the University to designate a holder without reopening of competition, who undertakes to respect, throughout the Framework Agreement, the conditions set out in this Call for Tenders. The Framework Agreement does not confer any exclusivity for the benefit of the selected Economic Operator.
